Guest Rooms rates at our bed and breakfast in Spring Lake, NJ are dependent on the time of year, holidays and/or current Victoria House Packages. Consider our B&B an inviting alternative to the typical hotel stay for your next New Jersey Shore vacation or weekend getaway. Check In: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

All rates are based on double occupancy, sales tax and gratuities not included.
Deposit of one night or 50% of stay required.
Reservations are secured with a major credit card or check.

High season - Weekends

Two-night minimum May - September

Three-night minimum Holiday Weekends

Low season - October-May 10

Weekends 2-night minimum Suites & Deluxe, some Premium Guest Rooms

Mid-Week 1-2 night minimum depending on guest room and availability

Cancellations

Accepted with a minimum of 16 days notice. Cancellations within 15 days of the reservation are charged 100% of the stay, unless guestroom is re-booked. A $50.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned deposits.

Victoria House is a non-smoking facility; smoking is permitted outside on the west side of the verandah only

Children 12 and older welcomed. If you have children age 12 and older joining you, you will need to book a suite (we’ll provide you with a rollaway,$75.00 surcharge) or you will need to book a separate room for the children.
