2000: Two inns were sold as private summer homes (18 guest rooms gone).
2001: One inn is coming down for a new private home; and another is being offered as a private residence (19 guest rooms gone).
2001: The Warren Hotel is coming down in April to be replaced by 8 private homes (85 rooms gone).
